We will communicate with you during the three phases of the fulfillment of your order.
After you placed a successful order you will receive an email with the order confirmation and one for your card transaction from RMS.
Once the order been processed by our team you will receive a second email. However, this does not mean your order is final. Also, we may need to check your payment and address details before we can ship your order.
When DHL picks up your order, and your product is ready for delivery, then you will receive another email confirming the shipment of your item(s). Your package will be tracked from our point to you. DHL will communicate with you of the status of the delivery through e-mail and SMS. You will always know where your package is and have the option to change delivery day/time/address directly with DHL.
Yes, we do offer Saturday by the end of the day delivery for orders placed on a Friday before 2 p.m. You would need to contact us so that we can upgrade the shipping service.
You can ask to cancel an order. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service department as soon as possible. If the order was placed before (2 p.m. GMT+1) you would need to contact us before the start of 2 p.m., as we ship out the item(s) the same day.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can always return it. All returns must be shipped back to Valerio within 14 days of the package delivery date.
If you contact us we can arrange you a collection and email you the DHL waybill. Or you can proceed to use your preferred shipping currier to send the item(s) back to us.

If a cancellation was made prior to the order being processed, and we confirmed by email that your order was canceled, then we will issue a full refund through the original payment method.
Once your return is received, we must verify that it complies with our Returns Policy. Once this verification process is complete, then our customer service team will process your refund through the original payment method
We will process the refund same day the item reaches our store. Please note that refunds can take several days to process depending on your bank or credit card provider.
